I adore my friend Stephanie! She and I are definitely "kindred spirits" and can you catch my hint of a mutual love we share for "Anne of Green Gables"?! Stephanie asked a few months back if she could use her love for baking and teaching young girls the simplicity of home making, etc within our junior high girls ministry. Stephanie has a most beautiful heart for sharing her gifts in a most tangible way. Once a month, a group of girls from our junior high youth group are invited into her home to bake. Last night we were delighted to bake pumpkin pies with Trisha, Rebecca and Jenna and of course Steph's little one Miss Emma! And...even though it's not quite Christmas, 103.3 FM was crankin out the tunes so we decided to sing along as we were baking! It was a fabulous night filled with good laughs, scrumptious samplings of our creations and unforgettable memories. Thanks Stephanie and girls!!!!
