Welcome Fall Dinner: Turkey Oat Burgers, Baked Sweet Potato Fries and Apples with Pumpkin Yogurt Sauce

I made us a "Welcome Fall Dinner" the other night. It turned out pretty good and had lots of yummy flavors. I think next time I would make the burgers smaller :-)

Turkey Oat Burgers:

Ground Turkey
Plain Bread Crumbs
Molasses
Worcester Sauce
Wheat Germ
Garlic Powder
Ketchup
Quick Cooking Oats
Salt
Pepper
Fresh Cilantro
Juice of 1 Lime
1 Egg

I added everything to a bowl and mixed well with my hands.

Get Messy!!

I formed the turkey into patties (again...they were pretty big!)

Then I flash freezed them while I prepped the rest of dinner.

Baked Sweet Potato Fries:

2 Sweet Potatoes (sliced into crinkle cuts)
Pumpkin Pie Spice
Olive Oil

I spread the fries out on a baking sheet, drizzled olive oil over them and sprinkled the seasoning.

Then I mixed them with my hands (again).

I broiled them until they were a bit crispy.

Pumpkin Yogurt Sauce

Vanilla Yogurt
Pumpkin Puree
Pumpkin Pie Spice
Brown Sugar
Honey

I mixed everything and seasoned to taste.

The sauce was awesome for the apples, fries and even on the burger!

I browned the buns in the skillet, since I pulled them from the freezer. I added some honey mustard and ketchup to the burger and topped with some mixed greens.

Over all it was a very hearty meal!
