Adelynne and Her Daddy

I have been so tickled to see Josh and Adeylnne interact together! What a blessing this little girl has to have such a fantastic daddy in her life. Josh is so completely adorable to watch with Adelynne. They have little "heart to heart" chats about how Josh says she can't date till she's 36 (the minimum age keeps going up and up all the time), how her brother (our four-legged toddler) worries about her and wants to protect her, and how much he loves her. Josh has said that he wants to be the kind of dad to Addy that takes her on little daddy/daughter dates. I think that's fantastic!

We have just started to occassionaly feed Addy with a bottle I pump for her. Josh got to feed her for the first time! I captured these pictures about that special time:

Josh came home briefly the other day from work. I had Addy on the bed and she was so expressive. Josh stepped over to chat with her and give her kisses. She returned the love with a bunch of adorable smiles!
