I asked Josh what were some things he would like for Christmas this past year. There were some ideas he mentioned that didn't shock me. But one item for sure shocked me. A BREAD MACHINE!!! Now between both Josh and I, I'm the one who enjoys cooking more than he does. But every once and a while he suprises me and makes something. Ironically in our home, Josh makes our house coffee (even though I have a job as a barista). And now, in our home, Josh makes the bread in the new bread machine!
His first loaf came out great. It was a honey oat bread and quite delicious! I am very proud of him! We're excited to try out many different recipes and maybe our Christmas gifts next year will be homemade bread and homemade jam! Hmmmmm :-)
